     1968  McCaleb, p.17: Greers Ferry Dam on the Little Red River, approx. 5 km northeast of Heber Springs (NE1/4, SE1/4 sec.7, T.10 N., R. 9 W). From dark grey, silty to sandy, ferruginous calcareous conglomerate ranging from 20 - 60 cm thickness. Age as cape rock of the Dye Shale Member.
