Diagnosis. Suture multilobate; lobes without serration at the base. Shell thinly discoidal

with acute venter; umbilicus narrow.

Type loc. Five kilometres south of Jdaid near Taouz (Anti-Atlas, Morocco); siliceous nodules in the Oued Znaïgui Formation (Goniocyclus-Protocanites Assemblage, ‘middle’Tournaisian).
