Type species: A. angustilobatus Kuzina, 1974, p.23 [OD].

A:   Conch form discoidal, involute, with very narrow umbilicus.
B:   Ornamentation consisting of biconvex growth lines, sometimes with weak lirae.
G:   Ventral lobe very narrow, with straight, almost parallel or slightly sigmoidal sides; adventitious lobe short and broadly
rounded.

[KUZINA 1980, p.72: Conch subdiscoidal.  Whorls completely or very involute, with rounded ventral side.  Umbilicus
tight to very tight.  Sculpture of two folded growth lines, sometimes slight lirae developed.  Ventral lobe very
narrow, with parallel or weakly convex sides, seperated by a very low medial saddle, which posesses a dent at the top.
First outer saddle rounded, somewhat wider than ventral lobe.  Lateral lobe short, bowl shaped.]
