Type species: Quasintoceras bogoslovskyi Kuzina, 1974, p.27 [OD].

A:   Conch form discoidal, small, involute, with very narrow umbilicus.
B:   Growth lines biconvex.
G:   Ventral lobe with extremely diverging sides. Adventitious lobe small, rounded, much less deep than ventral lobe.

[KUZINA 1980, p.76: Conch not large, subdiscoidal.  Whorls very involute, venter rounded.  Umbilicus tight to very
tight.  Sculpture apparently of twice folded growth lines.  Ventral lobe with strongly diverging sides, parted by a very
low median saddle.  First outer saddle very wide and asymmetrical.  Lateral lobe funnel shaped, by a few times
shorter than the ventral lobe.]
