Type species: Cavilentia tenuicula Ruzhentsev & Bogoslovskaya, 1971, p.166 [OD].

A:   Conch form discoidal, with rounded venter, umbilicus moderately wide.
B:   Ornamentation with fine growth lines, no constrictions, grooves or spiral lirae.
G:   Ventral lobe wide, with low median saddle; first lateral saddle broadly rounded, adventitious lobe deep and rounded.

[Only holotype known, may be immature specimen; relationship uncertain.]

[Ruzhentsev & Bogoslovskaia, 1971, p.166: Small discoidal conch.  Whorls moderately
involute.  Umbilicus of intermediate size.  Sculpture is only represented by growth
lines which form a ventral and a pre-umbilical sinus, with a salient in between.  
Elements of the ventral lobe are tightly rounded at their bases.  Ventral lobe is rounded,
raised and somewhat wider than the first outer saddle.]
