Type species: Clymenia hexagona Wedekind, 1908, p.619; OD.

A:   Conch form lenticular; venter broadly rounded; flanks
convex; umbilicus moderately wide.
B:   Fine growth lines with concave-convex course; ventrolateral
salient as long as wide; deep enternal sinus.
C-D: No ribs, no constrictions.
E:   One prominent ventrolateral furrow.
F:   30 fine, simple spiral lines on flanks and venter.
G:   Shallow, rounded ventral lobe; symmetric, shallowly rounded
lateral lobe and a deep dorsal lobe.

[Only holotype known. Systematic position doubtful. Homology of
ventral lobe with ventral lobe in the suborder Clymeniina may be
regarded as questionable; for comparison see Korn, 1992, p.122.]
