A:   Conch form discoidal or lenticular; venter narrowly or broadly rounded; umbilicus moderately wide.
B:   Fine growth lines with concave-convex course; ventrolateral salient longer than wide; deep external sinus.
C:   Some species without ribs, others with 20 simple ribs on flanks.
E:   One ventrolateral groove may be present.
G:   Ventral lobe bifid, with high, rectangular saddle; lateral lobe asymmetric, deep, rounded; shallow umbilical lobe.
