A:   Conch form discoidal; venter concave; flanks flattened; umbilicus wide or moderately wide.
B:   Fine growth lines with concave-convex growth lines; weak ventrolateral salient; moderately deep external sinus.
C:   Usually 20 to 30 simple ribs on flanks and ventrolateral nodes in juvenile stages; some species without ribs.
G:   Simple, V-shaped ventral lobe; V-shaped lateral and umbilical lobe; broadly rounded or V-shaped adventitious lobe.
