Type species: Pamiropopanoceras meridionale Leonova,p. 175.OD

[Leonova, 1989, p. 174]: Conch discoidal to subdiscoidal, involute, umbilicus extremely tight. Radial ribs form a deep
sinus on venter. 30-32 main lobes present. Ventral lobe subdivided in two wide bifid or fourpronged parts. Five lateral
lobes, the last wide, bifid. Dorsal lobe threefid, first, second and third inner lateral lobes thin, bifid, somewhat
asymmetrical. Fourth inner lateral lobe not large, with rounded base. Fifth extremely wide, consists of two parts, each
of which almost equals the fourth lobe. Umbilical lobes funnelshaped.
