"Mimag. kayai Kullmann (1973) from the Emsian of Turkey differs in its strongly convolute conch and typically agoniatitid broad lateral lobe both from Mimagoniatites and Archanarcestes n. gen.;the presence or absence of an umbilical perforation is not yet known and the species is perhaps another early Chlupacites."
