Type species: A. langcuoense Sheng, 1988, p.153 [OD].

G:   Exceptionally broad secondary saddle of the ventral lobe.

[Sheng, 1988, p. 170: The shell is moderate, subinvolute and thin discoidal in form with narrowly rounded venter.
Whorls greatly compressed laterally and narrower U-shaped cross section. The umbilicus is moderately wide,
bordered by low and steep walls and acute round shoulders. The surface is marked by numerous distinct fine
striations, running straight on the lateral flanks and bending backward at the ventral shoulder.

The suture-line is distinctly ceratitic-subamonitic (?) being composed of a divided ventral lobe, one lateral lobe, an
auxiliary series and one umbilical lobe (?) on each external side. The internal suture is unknown.]
