Klug, 2001, p.504, Diagnosis: Gracilites with subtrapezoidal whorl cross section. Moderately high whorl expansion rate (2.1 to 2.2). Sculpture with very smooth ribs with rursiradiate direction, fade out dorsally and coarse on the venter. Growth lines parallel to the ribs with slightly convex course, with a low ventrolateral salient, and a deep ventral sinus. Suture line with a small external lobe, a broad and moderately deep lateral lobe, and a shallow and pointed internal lobe.
